Working out is more fun with friends!

Grab a few of your favorite people, or meet a few along the way! Not only is group fitness a great way to make new connections, it’s also good at increasing exercise adherence and keeping you motivated.

We are so fortunate to live on the Central Coast, so let’s take advantage of it! Classes are offered at different locations in Santa Barbara and Goleta.

Class Descriptions

Boot Camp

Slam med balls, lift weights, and work on cardio and agility as you make your way through self-paced circuits. Interspersed between circuits are fun strength and cardio challenges. Get ready to sweat!

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)

Work as hard as you can for short intervals with periods of rest in-between. HIIT can be cardio training, strength training or both. Typical formats include Tabata (20s work, 10s rest) and Circuit Training.

Strength Training (Class by Request)

Come with me if you want to lift! Did you know that after your diet, strength training is the best way to lose fat? Learn proper form while performing full-body strength training circuits, and feel that burn the rest of the day! Strength training can have a particular emphasis (Glutes and Core) and can incorporate other elements (Balance and Strength). Workouts can be with or without weights.

Mobility / Stretch (Class by Request)

These classes are perfect for those looking to start a strength training program, or for those looking for a lighter workout to ease into their day. Classes can include strength (Mobility and Strength) or focus more on active stretch (Stretch and Mobility).

Small Group and Corporate Fitness
