I love movement and fitness, and I want to share that love with you to help you find your own fitness passions.  I believe in providing a welcoming and judgement-free workout atmosphere.  If you’re looking for images of sculpted bodies, look elsewhere.  I’m just an average gal trying to do extraordinary things, and I want to help you do the same.

Fitness goals aren’t achieved overnight, they’re achieved over time, by putting in the work.  Each day you choose fitness you have scored a victory, no matter how well or how poorly the session went.  So keep on plugging away…

I believe that fitness is for everyone–you just need to find what calls to you.  With my diverse background in dance, sports, running, and aerial silks, I’ve learned a lot of different things, and I try to share what I’ve learned in every session.  Let’s find your fitness passion!

I also believe in fitness as a social activity.  Fitness + friends = higher accountability and workouts that are a lot more fun.  So let’s be friends, shall we?
