Bali Bowls

The meal so nice I've made it twice!  (For Workout and Wine that is; I've actually made it many, many times for myself as well.)
This meal is really simple--just put together some rice or other grain, tofu and your favorite vegetables.  And then top it all with an amazing peanut sauce--soooo good!
