Bulgar Wheat Salad

Hey, got any spare bulgur lying around? No? Well, I did, and one night I was planning on making couscous when I realized that I was out. But what did I have? Yes, a giant bag of bulgur wheat. How'd you guess? Anyhoo, I did a quick internet search, and voila! I made it as a side dish, although bulgur is pretty filling, so this could also be a nice lunch option.
