Jalapeno Grilled Pork Chops
Over the holiday weekend my husband and I spent a lot of time grillin' and chillin'. I tried this recipe from the New York Times and it was hands down the best thing I had eaten all week. The marinade for this is quick and easy, and the relish that you put on top hits all of the right notes. I asked my husband how much he would pay to eat this in a restaurant, to which he responded "infinity dollars".
